Xp grinding question

I ran into a group grinding mobs today. It was a group of 6-10 people. My question involves the actual xp they gains as they were all different levels. If the mobs are v8, does the v11 guys get they same xp as the v7 guys? I mean do they get 17 xp as a v11 and a v7? Or does the v7 guy get 20 and the v11 guy get 17?

If those VR8 mobs were Clannfear then they were not grinding XP.
XP gain goes down if more than two guys grind in the same spot.
They were doing something else.

Didn't stop for loot or anything. They were doing it for 3-4 hour running a little circle. It was funny watching...0

Isn't it only if your grinding in a group of more than two people not the actual people in the area
When there 5+ guys i'm sure you just need to get 1 hit on a mob and you'll get full exp when it dies. As long as your only in a group of two or on your own.PS4 EU DC

nope. as soon as any more than 2 players are within proximity of the kill (don't have to be grouped) the xp is diminishing for everyone.Guild: STACK n BURN (gm) PC - NA
