Are the crafting material worth collecting before VR3?

I have recently started to do some crafting.
Enchanting: I have like 30+ enchanting stone in my bank that I have no idea which one I should keep. It is taking all my bank space, and I don't want to just toss them away. Can someone let me know which one I should keep and which one I shouldn't. I have translated all of the one I can.(Level 31 enchanting)
I am also looking for crafting partner for all other crafting(Woodworking/blacksmithing/clothing). I am around level 25+.
Does creating armor/weapon give you good exp? I have around 1k materials for crafting medium armor VR1(from grinding)

Pro crafter please leave some thoughts. I have been searching for powerleveling guide, and all of them are: find a partner.

I am on XBOX1 EU sever. My xbox id is: wackoGnome6137
Send me a message if you want to trade some crafting items for levelling. Any active guild that communicate with each other please let me know. I am looking forward to trade.

Crafting armour does not give great XP - to level, you want to deconstruct stuff instead (but not on the same character who crafted the items so either get a partner or an alt to level side by side with your main crafter. Have a look around for crafting guilds in the relevant section of these forums.

Personally I sell on Guild Stores every rune, water or refined material I have overlevelled. For runes this would mean Ta, Jejota, and lower level potencies. If you want to enchant for others you may want to hold on to them though.

And if you want to free up space, and still keep the items you've collected, you can always roll a few alts to act as mules and hold all the items you want to keep.

If you are short of space and not crafting for others, keep only current level mats. Sell away mats below your level. You can always get them back if needed. You need many alts with max inventory, maxed bank and guild bank to even think of storing "everything".
