Expert Hunter + Flame Staff + Impulse?
Just wondering if I apply Expert Hunter to my flame staff then use Impulse on an undead/daedra enemies will my Impulse skill have a 15% chance to do additional magic damage aswell? Or does Expert Hunter only apply to weapon attacks?
