Move-able compass & quest tracker mod?

Is there a mod that makes the compass and quest tracker move-able? I was using a multi quest tracker, which made it move able... but when I had 10 different quests from multiple zones, it got too damn large. There didn't seem to be a way to track only selected quests with it...
