Just lost all my gold?

So I was stood around in Grahtwood waiting to start today's Undaunted pledge and a random person (whose gamertag I didn't catch) sent me a trade request.
Naturally, I just accepted it thinking it would be someone trying to sell motifs however, the guy cancelled the trade after a few seconds and thought nothing of it.
When I went to my bank, all of my gold had gone and only had 1,200 in my inventory.
Has this happened to anybody else? And is there a way to get my gold back? Was only around 35k but it's still inconvenient to lose.

Only 35k? I constantly live on 3k and still give WW bites out for free.. But good luck, and I hope you get your gold back!0
