Voice chat,Text chat. Everyone seems to forget. What about mute/Deaf people who cant speak/hear?

Everyone has something to say about both sides. voice chat is easier yadda yadda text chat has more functions yadda yadda. Fine and yes there is quick chat, but honestly a speak and spell is more useful. Its fairly useless at communication. What about mute/deaf people who cant speak/hear via voice chat? In almost every MMO there is text chat so this problem really never showed up. But its highly noticeable with a game with only voice chat. Even in PSN groups you can text chat the group. It makes me somewhat sad to realize mute/deaf people are pretty much isolated in the game about socializing and community and guilds and having fun. They are pretty rare you might say but in past MMOs you might not even notice. They still had a voice via the keyboard. You would never even know till you used something like vent ( not including Deaf in this) but even then they can listen and still type. I do hope something can be done in the future and as it stands quick chat just isn't a functional form of communication. I would hate anyone to feel isolated in a place about having fun for everyone and that is our ultimate goal right? To have fun and make money doing it?
