Grim Focus proc - like crystal Frag proc addon?

Title says it all. Can anyone make an Add-on that gives a sound and pop up like the Crystal Frag addon does but for NB Grim Focus. I know Srendar has a sound but I don't want to run a huge addon for 1 minor feature since I run FTC for bars and buffs.
