Those who have the Eidetic Memory, look for it in the Skill Books section of Lore and you'll see it grayed out. It's supposed to give you a skill point in Enchanting but can't be found.

Currently, there are two different versions of "A Request for Relief," one that appears in the skill books collection and one that appears in the crafting collection. Though they are identical, you'll need to read both to get the book checked off in each section.

magicsprout✭✭✭I found it in craglorn. In one of the delves. Was on a small pile in the main chamber with npcs around it. Forget which delve tho but it was one of the ones in lower crag to the mid to upper right0

I believe that this is fixed now. I found the second copy in the Star Gazers Observatory in Craglorn. I suspect that it is Random, but check out the bookshelves in Craglorn and you will probably find it.0 -

oicero✭✭✭So... today I realised I don't have the achievement and searched a bit but there is no certain information about this. Then I saw that most of people found it in Craglorn so TPed there and went to Star Gazer's.
Guess what? It was there buuut... It's still bugged. I won't get achievement.
An interesting bug still exists after 10 years...
