Broken Quest - Fungal Grotto (undaunted)

First, why I am forced to address my issues on the forum instead of via email where the issue was reported?
In the quest in fungal Grotto by undaunted, the very final objective/boss didn't give me credit. The boss was the sentinel. If you need more info like date, time, ticket number, I'd reference you back to my gripe at the top of this post.
I was with 2 others but they did not have that quest... They were just helping me.
As I side note, this game is in a perpetual state of lag for me. I have a 50mbs min network connection with stellar upload rates. When I network test everything looks good. The only 2 options for the source of the lag are either the eso server or Xbox live server. It sure makes battle interesting when it takes up to 6 second to confirm a kill.
