[PvP] Would a "Wargames" campaign work?

Just wondering if anyone would play PvP in a "Wargames" campaign.
It would be like other campaigns, but it would be people of the same alliance battling each other instead of the other two alliances, and the player wouldn't be "locked" into it for any certain duration of time.
Respawn wouldn't drain armor, or cost soul gems.
And, the player wouldn't earn any AP.
Would anybody play something like that?
Might be a good place for "duels", and just practice at PvP. (Hence the "Wargames" idea for a name.)
