Better CP system

When a player logs into the game he automatically gains 3 CP.

- You have to have at least one V1 toon
- no more need to grind but have fun instead
- no huge gap between players who work (and should be rewarded more for actively contributing to the RL economy instead of sitting in their mothers basement) and those who can play all day.

Some people already have fast amounts of CP. So give everyone free CP up to 900 CP max

Release above fix

"I am a nightblade. Blending the disciplines of the stealthy agent and subtle wizard, I move unseen and undetected, foil locks and traps, and teleport to safety when threatened, or strike like a viper from ambush. The College of Illusion hides me and fuddles or pacifies my opponents. The College of Mysticism detects my object, reflects and dispels enemy spells, and makes good my escape. The key to a nightblade's success is avoidance, by spell or by stealth; with these skills, all things are possible."

I think the goal of a CP fix is not to negate the current work of current players, but still open up the ability for future players to be competitive. In that regard, this misses the mark. A lot of people grinded a long time to hit a fraction of that 900... it would be a bit of a slap in the face for them if everyone else suddenly got a giant CP dump like that.

I've always been a fan of a left leaning scale on CP. The first 400-1,000 earn the most reward by far, and every point after that earns significantly less total reward. This would basically mean that all the current grinders/botters/whatever with high CP would instantly get a higher stat reward for their current efforts, newer players would get the bulk of the return earlier to act as a catch up mechanism, and there would still be a crapton of progression left for min-maxers who want that extra 5% extra stat return over everyone else.

No cap needed, no one loses anything and there's no risk to the future population of the game over CP, at least IMO.
