The Moonlit Path Quest is broke

I don't know if anyone has reported this on the forums yet I couldn't find another thread, but the quest just leads you to a point where you have to defend the Silvenar and the Green lady but nothing happens I've been standing a the quest marker with like 10 other players for over 20 mins and nothing happens are we doing it wrong or is it a bug.

Infinite12✭✭✭✭I did this quest today, a few hours ago actually and had absolutely no problem. You defend them, then they (are supposed to) run across a bridge where the silvenar passes out and then you have to talk to the green lady, then there's another fight there and that's it.
