Sneak Glitch?/ Faction Buff & Debuff

I noticed if you're in sneak mode on a siege weapon, then you exit control of it while still in sneak mode, when you become hidden from detected that you automatically exit sneak mode. is that a glitch?

I have two suggestions, first there should be a faction wide buff/debuff for PVP Cyrodiil, like if both factions are working together to attack one faction, then the two not assaulting each other should get a debuff or the side that's getting ganged up on should get a buff and maybe debuffs for a faction that's just dominating a server so it becomes playable for factions stuck at their temple gates. These behind the scene alliances are killing PVP in cyrodiil.

Secondly factions shouldn't be allowed in the same guilds. Dominion, Covenant and Pact shouldn't share guilds, this would also discourage unfair practices that ruin pvp.

you already have toon access limitations .. guild limitations would be near impossible to code

So you're saying zeni is incapable of doing that? ArenaNet which makes Guild Wars 2 has it so once you pick a server, such as northern shiverpeaks, all your characters are only capable of being from that side unless you pay for an account transfer or transfer to a low population server. Doing that is impossible for ESO but not for Guild Wars 2?

I find it ridiculous one campaign somebody can be an emperor for daggerfall, then they're on ebonheart competing for emperor making people who have been waiting for their turn to come up, making it impossible to happen.
