Blades motifs

I for one would like to be able to create items from the Blades.

Ignoring the part where the Blades are a semi-secret society at this point in history, and wear armor derived from forces that actively lead an invasion of Morrowind within the living memory of many NPCs?

You can get Akiviri style gear from PvP, as I recall. Though, it's not craftable. And, yes, that's all the Blade motif armor is, Akiviri.
