Help: Alchemy Question.

So I recently took up alchemy as my secondary craft. I am currently level 22 in alchemy and can make level 3, 10, 20 and 30 potions. My question is can I craft a potion that is a specific level, like say a level 34 potion. If so, how? I only see the ability to make a potion depending on the water but they are all multiples of 10. I notice that when I find potions in the world they can be in between levels. If my character is level 38, I would like to make a level "38" potion, But I only see the ability to make level "30". Can someone shed some light on this please?

no, you can only craft potions of lvel indicated on the tooltip.

Please note that a crafted potion level 30 is better than a looted of same level.

ps: crafting potion is not very useful before vet1 (someone could say max level). find the reagents , up your skill but keep your flowers for masscraft at veteran ranks.

Also, potions scale now. So that level 30 potion should have more oomph when the character is level 34. Scaling continues up to the next potion level, so up to 39 in this case. Once your character hits 40, etc, the potion will have to be level 40 to have a larger effect.
