Sorc DPS Magicka Build PVE & PVP Questions
I'm looking for some opinions and suggestions for a PVP & PVE DPS Magicka Build. I know this is a pretty general statement and I know most builds usually have similar skills and such. The hard thing for me is I love PVP and I want to help out my 4 man group in PVE as well so I'm looking for some tips that I can do both at endgame. At the moment all my attributes are into Magicka. I have about 8 champion points and VR 2.
First things first is it possible to be able to do both PVP and PVE decently and have enough skills points/attributes to do so?
Most builds I see from experienced people have suggested Dual Wield Torugs Pact Swords for spell damage but I'm guessing this is mainly a PVP thing?
This is a carrover from above statement. For PVE my experience has been primarily with Destro Staff as Primary and Resto as secondary for support in heals here and there (we have done 3 vet dungeons with the achievement for Gold Key so our group is doing well. Assisting in heals on heavy DoT/dmg stages as needed with Resto). So I guess a question for this statement would be when I transition to play PVP wouuld I just use Torug's as Primary and Resto secondary for more spell damage?
My last question is regarding Champion Points. I do PVE more at the moment but when trying to allocate for PVP as well is there some champion trees that would benefit for both PVE and PVP that I can start using? Champion points have stumped me a bit and I want to be able to put points that would benefit me in PVE and PVP first before I start splitting off into other directions.
For Enchants on Weapons what is recommended for PVP and what is recommends for PVE? Currently doing Magic Dmg and Magic Resoration enchant on weapons.
I am a PS4 console player and play on NA server. If anyone can guide me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Still consider myself new and learning but I want to be able to master my class.

Halke✭✭✭The duel swords is there because it increases spell damage. I know it makes zero sense. Just equip a white staff and then equip two white swords you found. Yeah, stupid, we know. So your main bar will be destro and the swords will be your off bar for buffs/execute/things you don't have to weave. Enchants for PvE, I like running shock for the extra disintegrate chance. PvP, disease so they can't heal as well.0
