Opinions on my DragonKnight build

So far I've had lots of success with this build. I can withstand some decent amounts of damage while dealing a great bit. What makes my build fun for me is that I always have a attack going at any given time. This is because some of the attacks are using stamina, while I have another using Magicka. I have all my attribute points in Health so I can take a fair amount of hits. Let me know of any suggestions or what you think of this build. I'm always looking to improve, and I feel like the second bar could use some changing to make me more dangerous in combat.

One on One in PVP I've been able to take out Veterans at my current rank of 34. The highest Vet I've been able to defeat was a VR6.
