I've been charged for crowns but I haven't received them
Today I made a purchase to buy some more crowns from the store but I haven't received them. Other purchases that I've made have been instant, is this still a recurring problem? I've been charged and I have an confirmed purchase email from Microsoft to say that the purchase has gone through.
