Magicka critical damage
I am looking to use surge as the main health regen for my sorc,
for the this to be most effective I need to get the magicka crit up as high as possible.
My magicka crit is currently at 39.5% by using magelight, light armour passives & 'the theft' Mundas stone.
Where do I get anymore improvements from??? I heard you can get to 51% magicka crit?!?
Any help would be good,
