This Q/A session had lots of "small fries" issues such as class or combat mechanics questions but failed to answer any core questions (and that are related to IC content). I have seen at least some of these asked repeatedly on forums so I know that either they are being ignored... or
@ZOS_BrianWheeler @ZOS_RichLambert are not seeing.
Such as:
1. Will IC evolve over time or will it be limited in value by future content releases (when new zones are unlocked and VR ranks are higher; is IC still relevant)?
2. Will IC activities ever affect campaign scoring or bonuses (such as adding capture points or the like that add victory points to campaign; buffs that affect entire map) or will it always feel "disconnected" to overall Cyrodiil PvP efforts?
3. Will Current Emperors have any special access/powers while in IC (after all you are "The Emperor"; other then stat buffs, why take the time to be Emperor)?
4. How will population issues be managed that arise from people "pouring towards IC" vs trying to fight out the Cyrodiil PvP objectives (people running/camping IC take away a "slot" for someone actually trying to PvP)?
5. In general: Will the Emperor System ever be revisited, or will it always be AP Leaderboards based (who has the most AP (which leads to small group AP farming) vs who helped to lead the campaign)?
6. Will Campaign Duration/Rewards be once again readdressed to focus on more active gameplay vs the current logic of "waiting for the start of a new period to race to top of AP; give up shortly thereafter" (right now player participation in a campaign, for example that is 50%+ complete with one side well ahead and out of reach, encourages players to leave server)?
7. Guilds: Other then putting your shiny name/banner on a keep; will Guilds ever get anything exclusive and meaningful for Cyrodill objective Guild Clamming?
8. If IC will be continued to be "supported content" as is indicated by ZOS... how will they ensure that IC feels "fresh" all the time and not lead to player burnout 1 month after IC release (people get tired of the short-paced combat; they farmed up enough Tel Stones and don't care about IC anymore)?
If I can think of more I will edit them in however in general I was disappointed that the Q/A session did not answer any future-based questions on IC content and rather was focused on "how to make PTS server not suck so much before it goes Live" kind of questions. This was a "Imperial City Q/A" after all... not a "when are we going to get Bear Mounts" Q/A...
