Deconstructing dropped weapons and gear seem to be the best way to level. It would be great to have someone to share Traits with though!

If you are unable to find a partner to decon with, the best way I have found of levelling is deconstructing stolen items.

f you're in AD then just go around the marketplace in Davon's Watch, steal everything, decon it. Rinse and repeat.

I levelled Smithing, Woodworking and Clothing all to 50 in a matter of about 10 hours (stolen items mostly appear to be scaled to your level also), and had stacks upon stacks of raw mats to boot.

I would preferred somebody to power level. My character level is 48 so decon items at my level doesn't gain much xp.
I know trading is not allowed in this forums but I could made over 200 VR9 void steel daggers to power level right now if I find a partner.
