I equipped grand healing and restor in my 2nd bar and they won't light up for me to use. I'm running a soc high elf with epic restor staff. Level 41 and I have points into them. I can't figure out how to make them usable in the bar. I'm on Xbox one. I have tried restarting and reequiping the moves. Any help appreciated.
