PVP Class for a beginner

So I've spent less than 30 minutes doing any PVP at all, but I'm interested in building a character specifically to PVP on. I'm interested to hear what everyone thinks would be a good class that isn't super difficult to get use to playing would be.
I love the idea of a Nightblade, but I hear their tactics/style can be tricky to get the hang of.
I am not the hugest fan of Sorcs, but I hear they are one of the best classes to play PVP.
I don't hear much about Templars other than they're great healers in both PVE and PVP.
I know Dragonknights have great survivability and are tough to take down.
So I'm looking for something relatively simple to play that didn't require a massive amount of weapon swapping. Advice on stamina versus magicka, skills and attributes will be greatly appreciated as well.
