The Last Spriggan Quest Bug

Hello Eeveryone,
I am doing the quest "The Last Spriggan" and I have gone to the part where I have to "Destroy the Transformation Altar". However even though the "Destroy" option is on my screen, I cannot destroy it.
Anyone know how to get past this?

Eradrann✭✭✭Hey, I'm having issues now. I was able to my first time, but the boss Kaenach killed me. After returning to the Transformation Altar it won't "Destoy" again. It'll be white and then turn grey like it's activated but it won't do anything.
