I've been having an issue finding this recipe since I started the game. I'm still stuck on my first provisioning writ and no one has or has seen it. I've lost count of how many guild stores I have checked and still nothing. Does anyone have or know where to find one with high probability? Zenimax team is doing nothing about it, already messaged them about it.

I think I got it from a provisioning writ. If you are on the NA PC server, I can send you a supply until you level into the next level of writs.

I'm actually playing on NA Xbox. And if its given as a writer reward then its pure idiocracy to make it needed to complete a starting provisioning writ. If there is anyone on NA Xbox please let me know.

You can also buy the drink itself in a guild store and that counts. You can also drop that writ and get a new one... I think there are only 3 or 4 different ones per level that it hands out, so you might get the same one a few times.

Message DashZCat on the XBox NA server if you still need the recipe I think I still have one left over.

I tried to buy one of the drinks I needed for my first writ and it didn't acknowledge it

I'm stuck on fishy stix for my first writ.

Yesterday I started it on my mule and a couple days ago on my main. On my main it was a recipe I didn't have so I dropped the writ quest got another one a day out two later and was the exact same requests so for me throwing it away didn't help nor did just buying the items
