I'm got a lvl 21 nightblade dark elf and want to spend the day raiding some dungeons and making some friends. I'm 29, female, and a little new to MMO's but stoked to figure it out.

You might want to include your server (NA or EU). You could also try looking in the guild recruitment threads (located at the very bottom of the forum's homepage) to find some active dungeon running guilds.
