Dungeons mandatory?

New to the game and leveling a few toons -- I can't seem to find groups for dungeons. Is it ok to skip them and do them at higher lvels? I'd prefer not to but even LFG etc isn't productive.

If there are any PS4 players looking for starting level (Lv13 or so) Fungal or Banished Cells DPS (decent player) ps PSN "Soldras".

    You can skip the dungeons for now. They will scale up to the group leader. So if you find a group of Level 30 players a few weeks from now and do Fungal Grotto or Banished Cells, the enemies will scale up to Level 30. And once you reach Level 45, you will get "Undaunted Pledges", which are daily quests to complete a random dungeon. If Fungal or Banished is the dungeon of the day, you will usually have an easy time getting players near your level to group for the dungeons.
