Don't even tell me that it's fine the way it is because it absolutely is not.
The quality is very loud, scratchy. It gets even worse for those players that have the annoying buzzing sound.

I'm not name-shaming anybody.
Plus on the PS4 it only records voice from others IF they have the option for their voice to be recorded by others enabled.1 -

✭Imagine that jumbled noise when you are at crafting stations, or trying to hear the character dialogue during quests. I've heard it a lot worse than the example in the video. Screaming kids, domestic squabbles, chip crunching with lip smacking, and people talking over one another. It all just detracts from the game, unless you are specifically grouped up and coordinating over voice.PS4 Pro NA2 -
