I've been sitting inside Lipsand Tarn in Cyrodiil since last night killing that failure of a vampire Gaston, but his counterpart refuses to spawn. I've killed him dozens of times and her altar is still empty... why?

RobbieRocket✭✭✭Exact same problem but swap Marbita for Gaston. I've read that you need to kill all 3 bone collossuses too but we only get Skyshard and Gaston collossus, no Gaston or Marbita's colossus.
