No, there is no change to Dark Flare on PTS.
My no vote is not because I do not like Solar Barrage.
I'd rather have an instant cast, non destro staff/magic damage alternative to Force Pulse. But of course a chance to have it instant cast would be welcome as well.

Dark Flare was meant to be the magicka ranged spammable--but Vamp Bane/Reflective Light actually works as an instant single target spammable, if you are looking for one. (fire based)Edited by deleted220701-004865 on July 30, 2015 10:31PM0

Or I cannot cast and move sept for that slow slow walk. The only time I really even try to use it anymore is when I'm on a keep wall. Im cuurently thinking about what spells I have that heal just.Me as we cannot get support from other classes in regards to the Templar plight. I shall heal my self as they are not in my HMO/PPO plan.1 -
