Achievement "General Executioner"? Is this a joke?

If you really want a hair pulling experience try for this by just pulling vr dolmens. Then pray you dont end up seeing Zmyl Hriz over and over and over and over and over again. He's one of the only generals I have consitent heart pounding encounters with. (stam dk and I like fighting up close and personal no matter the target when soloing) Im looking forward to doing this achievement again with my new stam nightblade. Should be an even crazier time.

I missed this comment earlier. To add to what @Nestor has already said about this, what I did when going after the remainder of the generals I needed for this achievement was to hunt them in the leveling zones, but if people were around of the appropriate level for the zone, then instead of just going around slaughtering everything I'd stand back and heal and/or buff the other folks. I was doing this on a Dragonknight, so mostly I was popping Igneous Shield on them, and occasionally throwing in a heal from my resto staff. I'd also occasionally throw in a light attack here and there, but not often enough that the lowbies weren't doing the bulk of the work.

I think its a pretty well balanced achievment. I generally have gotten about 2/3 of them just while questing during first faction. You can hear the anchor gong from far away so just drop what your doing and head over.

The last part can be grindy but if you have a good head start it helps.

Yeah, I was doing it on a Nightblade with 2h and bow, so my options basically boiled down to Mark Target and murder everything in sight.

That said, I was using Swallow Soul or something when other players were around. Not acid spray and dawnbreaker.

This achievement actually requires a lot of time, it took me almost a week to get this but it was worth it, I was able to pick up a Dylora's Staff at VR10, and both of the Crescent weapons, plus the title is cool and Daedric Red is (imho) the best looking red dye in the game.

That's an easy one really, the same few spawn in each zone. just cycle till you get them. I think its 3 or 4 generals per zone its been quite a while.

IF YOU ARE ONLY WANTING GENERALS

Its best to farm your non vet zones as you can group which bosses you need

2nd Main Zone - Bosses 1-4
3rd Zone - Bosses 5-8
4th Zone - Bosses 9-12
5th Zone - Bosses 13-16

IF YOU ARE WANTING GENERALS and DROPS

Either farm Cyrodiil or Your 5th Gold Zone, and pray you get a general you need. Cyro seems to spawn more generals in my opinion.

I got the achievment pretty "easy". Took me a weekend tho, but have some nice tips. The title and color reward you get are nice one of my favorite achievements.

It's not a quick achievement, but not that bad. I have it on multiple alts. Doing dolmens in cyrodiil seemed to make it easier for me to get lucky.
