[PS4][NA][AD] Help Identify a NB Spell For Me Plsssss

Hola y'all,

I am just about to ding vr2 but there is this NightBlade spell that i've seen people use in PvE but mostly in PvP and I guess whichever skill it is either isn't purchased or morphed up. The skill in question is the one where the NB jumps, does a spin like maneuver, followed by a circle of blades moving outward for AoE damage.

Does anyone want to help me out and enlighten me?? ;P

    That is Lotus Fan, it is the Magicka Morph of Teleport Strike..

    Lotus Fan IV
    Cast Time 0.4 seconds
    Target Enemy
    Range 22 meters
    Cost XXXX Magicka
    Flash through shadows to the target and unleash a fan of knives, dealing X Magic Damage to all nearby enemies and X Magic Damage more over time.
    Affected enemies also have their movement slowed by 70% for 6 seconds.
    New Effect:
    After teleporting, Deals damage and snares enemies in the area.

    Its a morph of the Dual Wield Skill 'whirling Blade's morphed to Steel tornado.

    Yeah I would think either Lotus Fan or Steel Tornado as well...

    Yeah it could be just a Ambush (Stamina Morph of Teleport Strike) and then either a Whirling Blades or Steel Tornado as well..
