I thought you could transfer your character and its items from PC to PS4, or am I wrong? since I saw a few 10-14 VRs a few days after it was released on PS4 and I was like yeah, they've def transferred. Also Champ points carry over too, I think... I have no idea, never done it myself.

as far as I know your PS4 ESO will be linked to your PSN ID not your email address
What is wrong with your PC?
(Sorry, when someone says their PC is all funky and stuff, I feel an overwhelming urge to try to sort it out for them).

I used the account transfer and didn't have to create a new account. I don't think you will have to either, when you first start ESO on PS4, you just have to login with your existing account or make a new one. Sad to hear about your PC, I'm in the same situation

Also it mostly crash if I watching youtube but the odd thing is it will not crash for hours if I have another program up such as eso or steam etc it will run with out prbs for upto 6 hours
If that was from dxdiag, it looks more like the page file which is split into used and available - the Memory line above that should give the total amount of RAM in your PC?
If your dxdiag doesn't look like that it could be that you are on a different operating system than I am

Hmm well it looks as though Windows is recognising 8Gb RAM which indicates that it is working. In my experience, if games won't run properly and I get the error message you described, if it is a RAM problem then it will show up in the dxdiag and that is not the case here.
My next thing to investigate would be the hard drive - in my experience, mechanical hard drives do not last as long as they ought to (I have had some fail within 2 years), but I would do a backup of any essential data before proceeding with tests on the hard drive, as if an HDD is on its last legs, you need to get data backed up asap.
