2.1 PTS - Dark Cloak not fixed

After couple of hour PvPing with my NB, dark cloak is officially not fixed. I'm still getting charge (critical charge or invasion) while using Dark Cloak. Still for no apparent reason getting revealed with no AoE damage.
I've notice a new thing on Dark Cloak. After Ambush, surprise attack and then using Dark Cloak, I've got some slow debuff. Never had this before in 2.0,
I'll investigate more tomorrow while switching full magicka NB in PTS.
Please share fellow NB about Dark Cloak change.
