New Ability Icons!

Hey,

I've been trying out PTS for the past couple of days and Absolutely LOVE the new Morph Icons for weapon skills. They look so crisp and awesome. Well done to the art team.

However these new Icons put the Class Ability Icons to Shame because they have an almost completely different Aesthetic and Look. More animated rather than Drawn.

This made me wonder if the class Ability Icons would be getting any changed because now my hot bar consists of 2 completely different art styles.

I still think the new Icons look super awesome though

I agree - when first adding my skills and picking morphs I noticed some of the new icons for morphs. I also noticed that when you select a morph with a new icon, you don't always get that new icon on your bar, though, sometimes it's still the old one I guess when I log back in I'll have to make note of which ones gave me the old icon and let ZOS know...

One thing I noticed with Flame Ring, bonus that the icon looks awesome, when I slotted it on my bar with a Fire Staff, the icon reverted back to how it looks on live. Is this WAI, and does this happen for all the other destruction staffs?

That's one that I noticed too - I think I had another one where that happened as well (and I want to say it was Volcanic Rune, but I don't remember for sure, and I won't know until I log on again), but it definitely happened for me with the Flame Ring icon.

That's one that I noticed too - I think I had another one where that happened as well (and I want to say it was Volcanic Rune, but I don't remember for sure, and I won't know until I log on again), but it definitely happened for me with the Flame Ring icon.

OK, then that must not be the other one where I saw a new icon when choosing the morph, but had the old icon show up on my skill bar. There was another one aside from Flame Ring where I saw that happen, but it must not have been Volcanic Rune - I'll check later to figure out which one it was
