Cant connect after new patch

After todays patch I am not able to log in. When i try, i get to the server select, try to log in to the NA server and it kicks me back saying it cant connect to PSN. I show connected to PSN, have restarted my console and even checked my Internet settings and i still cant connect. Are the servers not actually up yet or is this an error?
