Dragon knight abilities and Direstone Keep Boss Errors

Just a quick write up. Two major issues I've found since starting dungeons and a DK.
The Direstone?? keep dungeon final boss in the non veteran version glitches randomly for each of us in the group with the usual invisible error where she can hit you but you can't see nor hit her. Sometimes it's at the beginning of the fight and sometimes it occurs half way through the fight. Some of us see her, others don't, this switches effected player each attempt.
Also Dragonknight abilities including all ultimates and dragons blood sometimes "choke". The character begins animation but never completes cast.Gets us killed a heap in dungeons.
All errors are thwarted for a short while by logging out, restarting and logging back in. However expect to be doing this at least three to four times an hour of gameplay. If these errors have been previously posted apologies, another short post never killed anyone.
