How many changes are not in the patch notes?

Ive uncovered quite a few things not in the patch notes that have changed rather drasticly on pts from live version. For instance the arch-mage set nerf and the fact that Rune Cage and morph in conjuration tree is now an instant cast aswell as Agony and morphs for nbs aswell is instant cast.
