2 hander is kinda boring. How do you use a magicka dragon knight? Do I wear light armor and a staff? I'm lvl 10 and would rather not start over. Can I respec?

When the imperial city update happens, everyone will have a free respec due to the changes in skills.

Staff is not Required I guess as you could just use your class abilities. But I am no build expert and shooting stuffs with fire/lighting/ice/light is kind of fun anyway (to me, who normally prefer blunt weapons)

Until level 50 you should be able to try whatever you feel like trying. Once a vet then it's another matter...

Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

I started a Dunmer DK to focus on Ardent Flame and use a flame destruction staff.

My dragonknight is destro AoE with basically all Dots from the ardent tree and Mages guild meteor. I'm wearing silks of the sun and plan on getting the Valkyn Scoria.
Bar two is dual wield with single target dps from ardent and standard ult. Magic and health split 50/50 because I have no regen equipped but I do well enough damage to standard mobs that I don't need to heal.

As far as respecting now, there is a shrine in each tier 3 area.

You will have to be able to reach the tier 3 zone of your faction. Aldmeri Dominion will have to go to the Elden Root in Grahtwood zone. Daggerfall Covenant members will have to visit the city of Wayrest in Stormhaven zone. Those loyal to the Ebonheart Pact have to visit Deshaan and its main city Mournhold.

At a lower level it's rather easy to get there. Just stay away from mobs.

I found the way, it was actually quite a perilous journey.
