Random DC´s

Hey,
On my Xbox one version of this game i got a really big problem: i randomly disconnect
Im watching streams on twitch on my PC on the same connection without problems and at the same time so Im sure that its not my connection...
Today I got 3 DCs in a row like 21.50 then the second at 22.00 and the third one on 22.15....
I cant continue playing like this so help me please...
I checked my connection on the network settings on my xbox - Here is what i got:


latency:218
Download: 5.08 MB/s
Upload 1.78MB/s
- Im from Germany

I checked all my internet setting...
NAT is open

On my pc i have a ping ~50-80 in games (games like lol for example)
But on my xbox its a much higher one /already googed this and there are also other people who have the same problem with the ping.
But if im in the game I have to say that there is no noticeble lag or so.
As I already said my problems are the random disconnects which I havent on my PC.
I use my xbox and PC every day, so i know what Im talking about.

I am having the exact same problem. Everything works fine online just not ESO, was fine yesterday but today it is screwed.

Thanks God, that Im not the only one.
So it seems like there are sever issues what makes me kind of sad.
Hope they fix it because its not fun at all if u dc nearly every 10 minutes

Sometimes the connection dies even before I've got the game properly going. Never had this problem before.

I've been having the same for almost a fortnight. I've played solidly without issue from day of release prior to that. Several members of my PvE guild report the same issue.

ESO support say it's my ISP or xbox. ISP say it's not them. Xbox tests show solid connection.

The troubleshooter in me says it has to be something between the ISP and the EU megaserver.

well, its both servers in that case, since Im on the NA server, and having the same problems

today its the same, played like 15-20 mins and got the first DC, like i said it before: its not fun that way so please fix this

That's really slow connection just an FYI. DSL?

Its a 16k entertain option, 4 persons (my brother and parents) are using this connection and ive never had problems before.
Also playing GW2, league of legends ore Wow on my pc - which uses the same connection - works just fine and WITHOUT any DCs or lags...
I said it in my first post, I think its not my connection.
This is what i got on an external speed test on the internet (not the speed test from xbox)

I'm about ready to give up completely. Was really enjoying levelling, got to level 42 and have hit a brick wall.. that wall being constant DCs.

Awesome... respeccing has just taken an hour... due to constant DCs....

Nah dont give up, I guess its a bug of the new patch.
Hope they know about it to fix it soon

After patch last night, I had two random disconnects to dashboard in the span of a little over an hour....

Installed it on the xbox one in the kids games room... and had this fault over the normal DC, seriously don't know whats going on anymore.
