Why isn't this possible on PC/Mac client???

As just stated in the xbox1 patch notes:

Nirncrux can now be obtained from all rich ore, rich wood and rich cloth harvest nodes in Craglorn, not just the ones in the upper reaches of the zone, and not just from the highest tiers of material.

A green post would be appreciated. This is not currently possible in PC/Mac. Only in Upper Craglorn.

everyone knows that consoles is ZoS baby, PC/Mac is just their red headed step child they keep locked up in the basement because we have addons and a voice that will speak out about all the brokenness in the game. Console people just have no clue lol I, to be on topic, would LOVE to know the reason for this as well.

Then again, I dont ever go into craglorn since they nerfed every grind spot into dust. being forced to group for content is not my idea of fun so I dont touch it at all.

EDIT: I just buy nirn for the record. As far as I knew you had to have lower craglorn completed before it would drop or something like that. Shows how much I pay attention to stuff that does not interest me lol

@radicalb21 apparently it is not what you think, it is just more fail wording from ZoS.
