Need Help On Nord Build

I want to make a Nord 2h/back up bow/Medium Armor/Nightblade. I know this is TES (kind of) so I know anything can work with anything. I would just like to know if this could be a viable build in PvE and PvP. I know it's focus would be health and stamina. But other than that I can't think of much. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks
