Total Lock up

On random occasions though more so in populated area's like cities, and sometimes when a Notification pops. (but not all the time.) The game, ESO, (and only ESO) freezes and locks up the computer so bad I have to cold start the computer. If it helps any this is what Windows 7 has to say of the event. I do play a few other online games and never have this issue. Again, it is strictly with ESO.

Search for other threads mentioning NVIDIA - apparently you can safely disable the NV streamer service (not sure of details, I don't have this type of adapter), and it will help.
