UNABLE TO CONNECT TO GAME SERVER
Just to re-iterate, Elder Scrolls Online is consistently crashing back to menu with the error:
"Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection".
this usually occurs when loading a new area (via way shrines or doors) or when trying to log in.
I know this issue has already been posted but it seems that admin has failed to respond after six weeks of persistent posts by ESO customers, even when customers are doing their best to help out. Very disappointing.

System: PS4
Server: Europe
Connection type: LAN ethernet cable
Connection speed: around 18Mbps
Issue first noticed: 21-07-15, 2 days after first playing
