Looking for relaxed AD Guild

Hi,
I am new to ESO and loving it. I am a lvl 16 NB with DW on AD.
I have some MMO experience but mostly through console (DCUO & FFXIV). No text chat is a bummer but always have a mic handy in any case.

I am looking for a mature +18 guild that does both PVE & PVP. I guess I can't be considered an active player but I try to be on for a couple of hours 4 to 5 nights a week (generally as of 10pm EST).
