Hi. I started the Hircine's Moon guild for Werewolves. I'm not gonna delude anyone. I am currently the only member of the guild but I want it to grow. I can infect on my Daggerfall Covenant Character, but my main character in Aldmeri Dominion is still Werewolf farming. Anyone from all Alliances is welcome but I am actively looking for Ebonheart Pact werewolves as I do not have a character there and Aldmeri Dominion characters as my Aldmeri Dominion character is unblooded. Once I have a few werewolves I will accept 'unbloods' to be bitten when a werewolf has an available bite.

EDIT: Because of a particularly awesome guy who gave me a free bite and an almost as awesome spot full of sheep in Khenarthi's Roost I should soon be able to infect people in Aldmeri Dominion.
