Vampire vs werewolves vs none

I'm trying to decide if changing to vampire or werewolf is a good idea. I know they both have their strengths and weaknesses. Is it better to not do either? I can't make my mind up.
What's everyone's thoughts?

Generally speaking there's no reason not to be a Werewolf, unless your build will specifically benefit from and use the Vampire abilities and traits.

WW gives a bonus to Stamina Regen just for being one. Everything else related to WW only applies when they use the Ultimate and transform into beast mode. So basically all upside, no downside if you never bother with transforming.

Vampire comes with a Fire Resist debuff, meaning you take more damage from fire attacks, and that's all the time. Also your character's look is altered, a little in Stage 1 (when you've feed within the last 30 minutes) and a lot in Stage 4 (which is where a lot of Vamps sit because it reduces the cost of vamp abilities a lot).

    Human
    • Get to stay human
    • Get to not look like a freak
    • Get to not be a freak

    Werewolf
    • Get to appear human when you want
    • Get to not appear like a freak when you want

    Vampire
    • Get to be a freak
    • Get to sort of kind of hide your freaky looks by doing disgusting things

Yeh I suppose being a WW and not transforming often does make a lot of sense! I mean you'd have to have abit of fun and tear up some folk lol. Never thought of that. I think I've made my mind up guys.

    Cheers for the replies.

Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly

I was born with the wrong sign
    In the wrong house
    With the wrong ascendancy
    I took the wrong road
That led to the wrong tendencies
I was in the wrong place at the wrong time
For the wrong reason and the wrong rhyme
On the wrong day of the wrong week
Used the wrong method with the wrong technique

    Human
    • Get no extra buffs
    • Look totally unterrifying.

      Werewolf
      • Get to look terrifying or normal at (almost) will.
      • Increased stamina regen (even when Normal)
      • Get a series of passives and abilites when in Werewolf form
      • Receive 40% extra disease damage when in Werewolf form (Even though in Skyrim Werewolves were immune to diseases.

        Vampire
        • A number of regen etc passives that are always active.
        • Crappy ultimate that I am certain no one uses
        • Look like yoghurt
        • Receive Extra fire damage.

So lets see. No buffs or debuffs for humans. Extra stam regen for Werewolves and if they don't Transform then no debuffs. Vampires have a few nice abilities but serve no use in PvP other than as DragonKnight Bait.
