    Nope, crafting mats must be harvested or gotten from other players, no NPCs carry them. Check guild traders in multiple locations (I know, its time consuming), or ask around to join a guild that specializes in crafting.

    If you're on console,it may be a few months before the mats are widely available. Many, many players are working to level their crafts, and there may be high demand, and limited availability, for mats.

    They seem to sell out fast at the guild traders even if they are a little over priced (a tleast on xbox). I've been tons of provisioning mats for 50-100ea and they are gone within a couple hours. I figure sell them now while they are rare and expensive and buy them back in a couple months when they are cheap and plentiful. I put crafting on the back burner until i get more traits researched and my bank space maxed

    Yeah I'm on Xboxone. I'm just researching and deconstructing atm, I'm just doing a bit of forward thinking. I'll get on with crafting when I get to vet 16. This way I would t have to recraft and waste my resources every time I level up...
