Missing graphics/animations of LIGHT spells in Coldharbour

Playing a Templar, on PS4 and ONLY in Coldharbour
certain graphics/animations of LIGHT spells are missing MOST of the time, i.e.
- Magelight: circling Magelight does not emerge
- Purifiying Light: affected enemy is not illuminated
- Radiant Destruction: beam does not emerge
- Rune Focus: armour is not illuminated while standing in focus
The missing lights can lead to problems, for example when it is not visible
which enemy exactly is hit by a Purifiying Light.
