imperial city update arena?

my friend said the imperial city was going to have 2v2 arena fighting and i havent seen any of that so im pretty sure its not coming in the imperial city (but i would love to be wrong)

anyone have news to validate or contradict my belief definitively?

IC have a PVE 4 waves solo arena. I've heard rumours about some pvp action too but nothing confirmed.

Non-instanced PVE and PVP arena what Ive heard. It sucks, you need to watch ESO-live if you want to be informed, and lots of crap are spreared around these forums now, thats why Devs tracker and Road Aheads were invented, all top companies uses one, so Road Aheads needs to come back! Not all of us want to watch 1-2 hour clip.
